A. B. Roberts Construction will control and oversee both the design and the construction of Northmede to create a new and inviting neighborhood experience. Phase I will consist of 43 homes when completed. Finishes have been chosen to express a “Charleston” feel with pastel brick, garden gates with arched arbors, sidewalks and street lights that give lots of charm to the streetscape.

Interiors are customized with choices such as granite or solid surface for countertops, choices in floorcovering and wall finishes, bathroom fixtures, cabinets and lighting, appliances by major manufacturers, natural gas heat and water.
